[ Radiant awakening ]

Usage: invoke 'radiant awakening' target
Usage: invoke 'radiant awakening' (when used in battle, if no target is supplied, automatically targets opponent)

Radiant awakening opens up the flames of light and bestows their power upon the poliir who calls them forth.

The duration of this spell is short, but intensified by the poliir's constitution. In addition, the effectiveness of the spell is enhanced by the poliir's intellect. The recovery time before using another awakening ability is relatively short.

[ Rain of healing sanctity ]

Usage: cast 'rain of healing sanctity'
Usage: invoke 'rain of healing sanctity'

This spell is of great healing potential. It attempts to heal all the priestess's group members and clan members that are within the immediate vicinity.

The amount of health that is restored is based on the combination of wisdom, intellect and willpower. The priestess's constitution determines how fast the priestess can perform another sanctity.

[ Regalement ]

Usage: cast 'regalement'
Usage: cast 'regalement' target

The power of regaling; restoring one's endurance. Regalement is a power spell which will attempt to restore some of the target's endurance. Regalement is very useful, as most classes require endurance to use their skills and all beings require endurance to move across the Nodekian realm.

[ Reign of strength ]

Those of weak body but of strong minds may overcome this by controlling the energies of the strong through their magic. The reign, although lasting only a short while, will transform the caster with a sudden burst of strength, greatly enhancing their ability to inflict physical damage.

[ Reign of speed ]

Calling upon magical energies, one who is blessed with great intellect and wisdom may add an extraordinary, although temporary, enhancement to their speed. Although this spell is known to cause significant strain on the caster, and may only be cast upon oneself, it is the general opinion that the advantage gained is incredibly worth while.

[ Reign of resistance ]

There's no help on that topic - please try again.

[ Rite of sundering ]

Usage: cast 'rite of sundering'
Usage: invoke 'rite of sundering'

The connection with the earth and the air is mastered by few, one such being is the druid. With their innate understanding of nature they can bind with it or separate from it, with more power than most others. The rite of sundering is a breaking away from the earth and the air. When performed, this rite disrupts the area around the druid causing ripples in the earth and in the air. Any creatures near the druid will feel the lashing of these ground and air tremors.

Hearsay tells us stories of master druids using their intellect and wisdom to cause these disruptions with such vigor that those hit by it are disoriented for a short, but "tactical" duration of time. The greater the physical will of the druid the faster the recovery time before another rite can be used.

[ Rite of virility ]

Usage: cast 'rite of virility' target
Usage: invoke 'rite of virility' target

Usage: cast 'rite of virility' (when already in combat, no target is needed)
Usage: invoke 'rite of virility' (when already in combat, no target is needed)

Like most creatures, druids can rise in anger. However, unlike most creatures, with the exception of perhaps the men-of-war, druids have a method controlling their anger into bursts of focused energy. Rite of virility is the druids' method of unleashing not only powerfully concentrated attacks, but also powerfully accurate attacks. Dependent upon the wisdom and intellect of the druid, this rite is a short lived burst of energy and can only incur a longer duration by the improvement of the druid's physical stamina characteristic.

[ Ruah Kyf (Spiritual Protection) ]

Usage: cast 'ruah kyf'

Ruah Kyf, otherwise known as spiritual protection, has astounding affects, but takes some time to master. The most noticeable affect is the absorption of damage. When in battle, ruah kyf will split damage in half and drain the other half from the spirit. When the spirit runs dry (spirit points drop to 0), damage will no longer be cut, but the spell's affects will remain. At first glance, this might seem odd: why would the affects of ruah remain if it does nothing more? However, there is more to ruah than just the splitting of damage. As ruah uses the intellect and willpower for its backbone, it is strongly based in the intellectual understanding of protection, in general. Therefore, ruah has been known to protect the user from specific types of damage that would require intellect to understand the makings of the attack. This does not mean ruah will always protect the user from a certain type of damage, but if the affect percent is high enough, it has been known to protect the user from devastatingly powerful attacks. Unfortunately, exactly what these attacks are, no one is quite sure.

Ruah Kyf can only be cast, and can only be cast on the user of the spell. Thus its range is limited to the user, herself/himself.

[ Ryou spirit of hananoki ] Usage: invoke 'ryou spirit of hananoki'

The true cunning of the ninja is not fully mastered until the ninja himself or herself has mastered the art of flow. With dexterity and agility, a ninja can use the flow of his or her spirit to hide the physical form, this is the ryou spirit of hananoki.

The duration of this spell is based of the user's constitution, as well is the recovery time before using another spiritual ability. And again, the effectiveness of this spell is not one that is easily mastered. Only those who are beyond perfection in dexterity and agility have a chance of truly mastering this spiritual flow.
