[ Radiance of atonement ]

Usage: radiance of atonement

The times of a more pleasant Gedaon have come and gone and now darker times lay before us. Times of hexes and weaves, of rites and passages. Times where even the most pure fall victim to their own mischief. But not all suffer the fate of the doomed, some can call directly to the gods to seek forgiveness for their errs. And some may even receive moral readjustment due to their favor with the those in the heavens. Radiance of atonement is one such method of repenting. Based on the wisdom of the user, the power of this repenting of errors can greatly clear the moral disfigurement undergone by the paladin. The more hearty the paladin, the faster he will recover from this radiant behavior and be capable of making another divine action.

[ Rage ]

Usage: rage target
Usage: rage (if no target is supplied in battle, automatically targets opponent)

Although not nearly as powerful as berserk and insanity, rage allows a novice Barbarian to fly into a temporary rage where the barbarian will do enhanced levels of damage. Rage requires a small amount of endurance and offers additional damage for a limited period. The one advantage rage has over berserk and insanity is it will not keep the barbarian in a mode of fighting until something dies. This is primarily why barbarians use this skill as a 'fall back' skill.

[ Radical defiance ]

Usage: radical defiance

This skill is not to be taken lightly. Its extreme power can be tapped into at early stages, but not fully realized until one has truly mastered willpower, and we do mean *mastered*. Radical defiance attempts to defy time completely, stopping the normal affects of time on the user, and allowing them to attack more frequently every round of combat. Although the full power of radical defiance is not manifested until the user is at least level 100 and has at least 200 willpower, the affects are still incredibly disturbing. At first glance, radical defiance allows a small chance for an additional attack, per round. However, the additional attack is always of the primary hand of user and therefore inflicts more damage than most other affect-type attacks. When the user reaches level 100, an additional attack is gained from the mastery of experience of the user. However, the drawback of radical defiance is just as great. One cannot regenerate whatsoever while under the constraints of defying time. This means, when this skill begins to take affect, the user will regenerate no health, no mana, no spirit and no endurance. Considering the costly endurance drain from use of the skill, this skill is often avoided, unless the user is extremely strong willed and strongly balanced with an overload of endurance. Beware those who have the power of Radical Defiance...

[ Regional Deception ]

With intellect, wisdom, and agility, it is possible to confuse others within your region of the world into believing you are not there. Regional deception is just that. Although a seemingly useless skill, many would say regional deception is the way of slaughter for the ignorant, or the way of hiding from the unwary eye. Many ninjas and mercenaries have been known to understand the ways of regional deception, but only the masters of each have ever be known to completely conceal themselves from the outside world. Regional deception is based on three main things; one, the agility to hide the body in the shadows, two, your intellect to understand your surroundings to know how to hide, and three, your wisdom as common sense will help you realize that bush on the side of the road is a better place to hide than behind the pebble in the middle of the road.

[ Regenerate ]

Usage: regenerate

As the primary source of energy for most skills comes from your endurance, it is often necessary to quickly revive your stamina. The regenerate skill will attempt to focus some of your life blood and convert it into useable stamina.

[ Regenerative Mending ]

Usage: regenerative mending

Using the mind and the body (intellect and constitution) one can attempt to recover lost endurance with the body itself. When using this skill, you will actually drain your physical health in attempt to recover physical endurance. The beauty of regenerative mending lies within its benefits of application on others. Unlike regenerate or invigorate, regenerative mending will work on more than just yourself. The recovered endurance is based on your intellect and constitution. Thus, the more physically healthy you are and the greater you understand the mending field, the greater the affects of this skill.

[ Redirect ]

Usage: redirect target

Often a single warrior is faced with the challenge of fighting many opponents at once. Being able to redirect their attack quickly to another target can often be the meaning of victory or defeat. Many wise fighters will often wish to fight the weakest of the targets first, and this skill, when mastered, will allow just that.

[ Rescue ]

Usage: rescue player name

Many times in your journeys throughout the realm, battles will not go exactly as planned. Rescue was built for battles such as those. The valiant warrior making use of this skill will attempt to step between one attacker and his target. This will turn the user of the skill into the tank, unless of course the attacker can redirect his attacks. Multiple rescues may be necessary, depending on the number of attackers. Rescue is a must have for those choosing to make use of the safety of groups in a less then friendly area.

[ Resolute mind of the array ]

Usage: resolute mind of the array (self-only)

Resolute mind of the array attempts to increase the warlock's ability to use his mind for distant mental attacks. This ability, while short-lived, can grant massive advantages to ranged attacks of the mind.

The effectiveness of resolute mind of the array is based entirely on the user's willpower. The recovery time before using another ability of the array is dependent upon the user's constitution.

[ Retreat ]

Usage: retreat

In the course of battle, warriors of many kinds have seen their fair share of falling to an enemy's blade. Retreat will allow a warrior type to not only flee, but will allow them to choose a direction to flee in. Those who have mastered this skill, will easily be able to choose in which direction they wish to run, as sometimes, fleeing alone is not safe enough.

Retreat is entirely based on intellect. The retreater's intellect versus the intellect of opponent is the deciding factor on whether or not the retreat will be successful.

[ Rokkan ]

Usage: automatic

Rokkan, otherwise known as a sixth sense, is used directly with Shi-Ku. Rokkan increases accuracy, and will offer precision where none exists. Little is known of Rokkan except that one must fully master it before any affect is seen. However, once it is mastered, it cannot fail. Rokkan is said to increase naturally through the use of Shi-Ku.

[ Rolling elbow ]

Usage: rolling elbow target
Usage: rolling elbow (when already in battle, this ability will automatically target your opponent if no target is supplied)

Rolling elbow is an intermediate hand form. The attack performed here is to hit the target with the fist and then roll that attack to the elbow. This leads to a most pounding attack.

The damage done by rolling elbow is mostly controlled by the user's strength, although a small portion is also incurred by the user's dexterity. The accuracy of rolling elbow is based on the user's level and dexterity.

Rolling elbow can be performed while the user is under any condition. Like for example, when the user is insane.

The prevention time incurred by rolling elbow may seem a bit drastic to those with low constitution. However, for those with high constitution the prevention time incurred by rolling elbow could not be lower.
